About Me

I am an integrative therapist based in Maidstone, Kent. My pronouns are she/her. I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have studied up to a Postgraduate degree in education.

Working in the mental health world has been a growing passion of mine for nearly a decade. Throughout my career, I have worked in London at a mental health charity and a private eating disorder clinic. I also have experience working with low-cost and affordable counselling services, in the South East of England.

I have a keen interest in supporting individuals with eating disorders, body image issues, depression and anxiety. I am drawn to working with adolescents and young adults to offer support through exams and study stress and transitions to college/university.

Over the years, my personal relationship with therapy has deepened. I have been 'the client' and I understand the courage it takes to step into something uncertain, like therapy. I have first-hand experience of how powerful showing up and being vulnerable is. Talking therapy allowed me the space to be curious and to explore who my authentic Self is. Therapy could foster your healing too.

For, if you are not saying it, you're storing it.

I work as a therapist so you are not alone in your deepest and darkest moments. You are worthy of being witnessed and having your story heard and held.

The whole of you is welcome here, at

Therapy with AT.

My Approach

I offer a person-centred and holistic approach to therapy, meaning I work alongside you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours in life, with tenderness and curiosity. My training allows me to draw on varied approaches to adapt and suit your individual needs. This could involve leaning into humanistic, psychodynamic or CBT modalities. I will be your compassionate guide and a supportive ally through your journey of self-healing.
